The Institute of Management Specialist
IMS 成立於 1971 年14，是一家位於英國的專業資格認證機構（a United Kingdom based professional qualification awarding body）12。
目標與使命：IMS 旨在鼓勵管理卓越和專業技能，幫助成員實現個人抱負和職業雄心，支持終身學習和管理教育，並為管理者和專家的知識與技能提供專業認可。
獲得國際認證可能帶來以下優勢：

IMS 認證專案
IMS 提供專業資格認證，例如 IMS Certified Manager Award1。要獲得此認證，申請人通常需要滿足以下條件之一1：
- 在所列專業管理領域擁有至少四年專業管理經驗。
- 在直接專業領域完成30個學分小時的科目學習。
- 或上述兩者的組合，並滿足IMS獎項委員會的要求。
IMS 也正與學術夥伴合作，認可一系列新的專業課程，這些課程主要通過遠端學習方式提供，以支援成員的持續專業發展。
持有中級證書人士可以通過一次考試。申請國際認證IMS Certified AI Manager證書。
銜接EMBA課程
持有高級證書人士可以銜接EMBA課程，獲得兩科豁免。

TheUoPeople MBA is entirely online and is structured around three curricular components: Core Courses, Electives, and the Capstone Project. The three components are described below.
Core Courses
The Core consists of eight courses covering the theory, principles, concepts, and tools of the academic disciplines

Capstone Project
The Capstone Project, BUS 5910 Management Capstone on AI (building a project using AI Agents, is completed as the final course in a student’s program of study. Students makes a presentation at the conclusion of the course.
